Microsoft has just announced a sequel to Grounded during its Xbox Games Showcase 2025 — and you’ll be able to play it as soon as next month.
Grounded 2 is an all-new entry in Obsidian’s pint-size garden survival game, which is basically Honey I Shrunk the Kids.
Just as with the original Grounded, this follow-up will launch via Xbox Game Preview, giving you early access to the title as it’s developed. You can try it out from July 29, 2025 on PC and Xbox Series X/S.
